If your bag is lost, report it to the airline staff and make sure you get a PIR (Property Irregularity Report).
Airport staff find and inspect the bag to locate the Safe Tag.
They scan the Safe Tag and access your contact details securely.
You will receive an email with the location of your bag.
The airline returns your bag using your updated contact information.
